About Us

Sinful Sauces is owned and run by Paul & Kelly, a husband and wife team who have an appreciation for chillies and undoubtedly, love their food with a bit of heat! What started out as a small, fleeting idea in the summer of 2010, quickly evolved into what is now an enterprising business for the pair. Both Paul and Kelly are avid chilli enthusiasts and enjoy eating food from all parts of the globe. Their backgrounds are considerably diverse and it is this diversity that plays an integral part in the overall character of what Sinful Sauces is today.
Paul; born and bred in Southampton, England, has been deeply involved in the music industry for the last 22 years. His work as a music producer, record label owner and DJ has seen him travel the world throughout his career, and in doing so, he has had the pleasure of sampling many types of food from far and wide. As with most ‘chilli-heads’, once Paul started eating spicy food, he found himself hooked and he is now one of the lucky few – being able to combine his hobby with his work. His energy and precision, as well as his creative and artistic flair have all helped to bring that special-kind-of-something to Sinful.
Kelly; born and bred in Melbourne, Australia, has been involved in the food industry for just over a decade. A qualified chef, Kelly’s love for food stemmed from her Mother and her grandparents who used to take the time to prepare many different foods from scratch. She studied to be a chef at Melbourne’s top hospitality college and was lucky enough to work under some of Australia’s best chefs, such as Jacques Reymond, Phillipe Mouchel and Jeremy Strode, where she was trained in several different international cuisines. Combining her culinary skills and fondness for chillies, Kelly has worked closely with Paul to develop and produce the products that you see before you at Sinful Sauces.
Both Paul and Kelly are very active in all the processes involved in the running Sinful Sauces. Their personal, hands-on approach and eye for detail is apparent in each and every bottle of sauce, pickle and spread that comes out of their kitchen. The results speak for themselves.
