PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely by PayPal.
PayPal accept payments using the following cards:
- Visa / Delta / Electron
- MasterCard / Eurocard
- PayPal Top Up Card
- Maestro
- Solo
- American Express
- Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.
As all payments are handled by PayPal, Sinful Sauces never has access to your card details.
We cannot accept responsibility for an order not being processed as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given. Failure to supply the correct details may result in your order being put on hold. The total value of your order will be displayed on the PayPal payment screen.All prices quoted include VAT. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Payment can be made securely by PayPal. No credit card details are held in our possession at any time.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
U.K. Mainland and Northern Ireland:
We will endeavour to dispatch orders every day by 16:45 hrs, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Our default postage setting for all orders that contain 3 items or less within mainland UK is Royal Mail’s First Class Recorded Delivery service. If you do not wish to use this service, we also offer a standard first class service through Royal Mail. We recommend that you use the default First Class Recorded delivery service as, although it is rare, mail can go missing from time to time and you will not be covered for your loss if you don’t choose to use the recorded service. We also offer express delivery using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service which guarantees a next working day delivery before 13:00. Any order that contains 4 items or more will be sent through our nominated courier service. Our packages do not fit through a standard size letter box so please ensure that someone is there to accept delivery during working hours. Should the Royal Mail or courier be unable to deliver, a card will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to contact the Royal Mail or courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery. We recommended that orders are sent to a work address if possible.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number. We can only make a delivery to the address you request on the order. We are not able to guarantee the item will be delivered to the person named on the order. It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient knows the order is coming on the day requested. This is especially the case for deliveries to large businesses. We can only guarantee the item is delivered to the address given.
*NB: Postage costs are based on the weight of the items you have ordered and are a direct charge of the nominated postal service. We do not apply our own fees to the postage and therefore do not make any money from the postage costs.
International Delivery:
Due to the high cost of shipping outside of the UK in comparison to the cost of the product, we currently do not offer a standard option for international shipping in our store, however, if you are intent on ordering or sending the products outside of the UK, please contact us via email at info@sinfulsauces.co.uk and we will calculate a postage rate for you.
Availability:
All items are subject to availability. We will endeavour to keep our stock levels up to date as much as possible. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available and offer a refund or the choice to wait until the item is back in stock.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order can only be accepted if sent by e-mail or letter. Cancellation must be received before the goods are despatched. If the goods have been despatched you should follow the returns policy detailed below.
